Refund policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, I will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note the following guidelines:

  1. Items Eligible for Return:
    • Unopened and unused items in their original condition
    • Artwork with manufacturing defects or damage during transit
  2. Items Not Eligible for Return:
    • Custom-made or personalised artwork
    • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact my customer support team with your order details and the reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, i will provide you with a return shipping label.
    • Please securely package the item and ship it back to us using the provided label.
  4. Refund or Exchange:
    • Upon receiving the returned item, I will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
    • If eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • Exchanges for a similar item of equal value can be arranged upon request.
  5. Return Shipping:
    • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
