- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

- To initiate a return, please contact my customer support team with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, i will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Please securely package the item and ship it back to us using the provided label.

Refund or Exchange:
- Upon receiving the returned item, I will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
- If eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges for a similar item of equal value can be arranged upon request.
